My Resilience trainings addesses the cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of our well-being and reinforces the access to our inherent resources. A constructive approach to deal with our burdens is animated and regeneration is promoted.
I offer individual coaching or workshops for groups with 10 to 20 participants. In the group setting, I invite call on the experience and knowledge of the participants. It quickly becomes evident what each individual’s issues are and at the same time, shows that similarities exist.
In this process, respect and understanding develops (arises) and differentiated perspectives are start to evolve. I pick up important issues, focus and establish relationships with superordinate topics. These trainings are designed for one or two days. The individual coaching provides the opportunity to accompany someone through a process during a certain amount of time, in personal meetings, by phone or Skype.
